Congratulations to our Special Olympics curling team came in 1^st place in the Langley Bonspiel Feb.5. Ridge Meadows beat Langley 7-3, Abbotsford 5-4 and finished off the day with a 7-4 win over a previously unbeaten Surrey team. Our winning GEWC team members are Kyle Jarrett at skip, Chloe Murphy at 3^rd, David Stevenson at 2^nd and David Wason playing lead.

The Special O’s practise at the GE every Tuesday afternoon and have done so for a number of years now. They are really a fun group to work with and the players have such a high commitment level towards our sport.
